Glute City
This one-hour class is built for serious glute growth: heavy resistance, high volume, and strict progressions. Expect a focused warm-up that primes hip drive and glute activation, followed by compound strength work (barbell hip thrusts, heavy split squats, and deadlift variants) performed for multiple sets with challenging loads. We will also incorporate paused and tempo-loaded movements, and finisher circuits.
Coaching emphasizes technique, progressive overload, and purposeful rest periods to handle heavy sets safely.
