How to use:
Enter your stats — Age, sex, height, weight, and current physical activity level. (You can choose between your preferred unit of measurement ie. lbs/kg and ft/cm.
Set your goal — Choose whether your goal is to lose fat, build muscle, or maintain weight.
Results — The calculator will take this information to give you your daily calorie target and how many grams of each macro-nutrient (protein, carbs, fats) you should be aiming for.
Put it into Acton! — Use your numbers as a guide when you are planning meals, tracking food, or supplementing your workout routine. REMEMBER these are starting points, not rules. Adjust if needed based on your progress, how you feel, or talking with your doctor.
