Program focus: Strength, balance/mobility, and cardio
Program structure:
-3 strength sessions per week (Upper body, Lower Body, Full Body)
- 1 cardio-based session per week (suggestions will be provided but we want to emphasize finding a form of cardio you enjoy)
Program Includes:
-Welcome Packet (Program details, how to use TrueCoach, Mindset Exercise)
-True Coach App + Program (PDF version of program will be emailed as well)
-Program Exclusive Discord Community Group Chat
-Movement Demo Library (Includes Voice Overs)
-Resources (meal planner, grocery list template, hydration guide)
